Kakuzu would ANNIHILATE Temari.

Kakuzu uses combination elemental techniques. Temari could not counter any of Kakuzu's attacks. Wind beats Lightning, but Kakuzu doesn't have to just use the Lightning attack by itself. An Akatsuki level fighter like him would immediately realize Temari's element (seeing as she only has the one) and work around it by combining his Lightning with one of his other 3 elements.

Kakashi couldn't counter Kakuzu's Fire/Wind combination with just Water:

I would say Kakuzu would would possibly win as he has the 5 elemental natures which could overpower temari despite her sharp mind and is expert herself in long ranged warefare. Kakuzu simply has to great of skill, Knowledge and experience that would allow him to overpower and out manouver her.

The hell? Atsugai alone would be able to overpower Temaris wind techniques. Not to mention that Kakuzu is way faster, stronger and you have to kill him a couple of times.
