Kakuzu's Katon will finish off Kimimaro eventually. Extreme heat kills cells so regeneration isn't really possible. With each successful hit, cells will be killed so eventually Kimimaro won't be capable of regenerating anymore which means that he dies.
I stated 'eventually'. Tanking Kakuzu's Katon isn't a good idea since it will kill all of his cells eventually, leaving him defenseless. Not to mention that unlike the Katon Madara used on Tsunade, Zukkoku is actually big enough to envelope a whole person.
Regeneration won't save him because he needs his cells in order for it to work and with dead cells, it isn't saving him. He will tank the first Katon and maybe a few others, however, eventually it will kill him.
Furthermore, Domu negates Kimimaro's way of killing so Kimimaro doesn't really stand a chance against Kakuzu.

1. True, but those dragon heads are more destructive. Two dragon heads from Sasuke were able to demolish the roof.
2. Do you honestly believe Kimimaro would just stand there? Eventually he would break Kakuzu's Katon mask. Kakuzu isn't a speed beast ( according to the databook he is about as fast as Shizune and Kurenai ).
3. Kimimaro pierced through several sand layers. The Domu lacks the FEATS to block Kimi's attacks.

1. That is correct, however, the Katons Madara used weren't any bigger than Tsunade's chest unlike the Katons Sasuke used. Furthermore, I wouldn't underestimate Zukkoku when it comes to destructive capabilities. After-all, it was stated that Zukkoku burns everything to the ground and reduces the object it is fired onto to ash. The databook even calls the Zukkoku 'a raging flame that takes away the enemy's footing'.

Also, note the 'It's difficult to escape'. Combined with the Atsugai, the Zukkoku would turn into an explosive force proving to be more of a threat to Kimimaro.
2. Even if he were to evade one of Kakuzu's attacks, which is doubtful considering that Kakuzu now can focus on only one enemy making the Yūrei surround him in this way.

The red dot is Kimimaro, the other dots are Kakuzu's Yūrei [commonly known as 'Masks' or 'Ghosts']. Basically, Kimimaro will have no where to run and evading one of the Ninjutsu will only result in Kimimaro being immediately hit by the following Ninjutsu from another Yūrei, leaving him defenseless to the following attacks after that one. Being stationary will result in one of Kakuzu's Jiongu Makihige coming from underground and enveloping Kimimaro's leg much like Gaara's Suna. [

TL;DR. Attacks are coming from all sides, Kimimaro is left defenseless.
@Underlined. Databook shows only the character's base speed, not his Shunshin. The proof of that is the fact that Kakuzu was throwing Kakashi around and kept on blitzing him in their entire fight despite Kakashi getting the higher score in speed in the databook. Kakuzu is a lot faster than both of the characters you mentioned.
3. Nice attempt at downplaying Domu, however, no. Kimimaro's bones were said to be as hard as steel while for Domu itself has been stated to be as hard as diamond. That pretty much ends your 'Kimimaro's attacks will effect Kakuzu despite the Domu armor' argument.
However, if you still believe that Kimimaro's bones stand a chance here then let me remind you how a single Domu hardened fist was able to knock down a huge gate made out of steel. [

Kakuzu wins with low difficulty since he has numerous ways of putting Kimimaro down while Kimimaro cannot even put a single scratch on him.
