And i wouldn't say he's alot faster... Nor would it be easy to get through the bone shield, which nullifies his Fuuton.

I didn't say that.. I said any jutsu they have becomes stronger base on their eye. Since Uchiha's are known for their powerful chakra reserves. A higher level of their eyes= stronger their jutsus become.

Plus in both Madara and Obito's case: Their jutsu seem to of happen right after they were detached from Juubi. I personally think, Juubi reserved power boost enabled them to do it.

The fact that it's seemingly Yin chakra which sprouts in their head -- because elder brother got yin mastery -- and yin is based on spiritual strength already debunks the claim that what you're saying is likely.

The rest I got, but threw me of with the Yin chakra/mastery.

Last point, is what I think his limit is. It may or may not be true. But lets lean towards your point, of being true.
