Im gonna say kakuzo, not only does he have enough experience to know which element counters what his masks can fly and and have long range attacks to counter any range advantage Deidara has.

They're both long-range fighters. I go with Kakuzu because against Kakuzu it's practically 1 vs 5. Deidara may be a superb strategist but I don't think he can win a match when he's this outnumbered

I think Deidara can do it because he's mobile enough to not get overwhelmed, and powerful enough to take out 1 or more masked creatures in 1 shot, Deidara knows Kakuzu has that lightining monster, and if he takes it out, which he could, it only a matter of time at that point.
