The data book states a strong enough release of chakra is what can break the seal. Prove Kakuzus chakra is on par with v3 Susanoo Sasukes or you don't have a point.
Susanoo roared . It can weave hand seals . It can listen to orders as madara said " Now stabilize" to susanoo and it obeyed . It can hold weapons . It was never absorbed . Kaguya melted , didnt absorb . Nagato who absorbed killer B chakra didnt absorb it . Rasengan is known as the ultimate form of chakra shape manipulation . Why is susanoo not considered shape manipulation if its just chakra?

In the above databook it states susanoo is the strength of the tempestous force which has a rampaging soul . Chakra dont have a soul . And that chakra takes the physical form is translation error as chakra doesnt have a soul , secondly , susanoo is not considered shape manipulation , thirdly , kirin was stated to a chakra beast when sasuke himself stated he is out of chakra . How can he shape a dragon of chakra without chakra ? Same case with susanoo , in the manga , it was also never stated to be " ninjutsu" just " jutsu" .
In the databook above it states that it's chakra. End of story. In the Manga its shown that Susanoo is chakra. End of story. DB's entry for Danzo's Curse Mark says that it can be broken with a strong enough release of chakra, which is how Sasuke broke it. End of story.
