Kakashi would curb stomp Tsunade.
In this scenario Tsunade would most likely be fighting Guy who would also curb stomp her.

I would have to say this one goes to Kakashi - Guy team, due to their team work . If you just take them without the background , i'd say Tsunade and Kakuzu. She is still a sannin and + both Kakuzu and Tsunade have more battle experience , they fought in at least 2 great ninja wars .

Although I do believe Kakashi could Kamui her head off with ease he would not because he outclasses her in every form of combat even taijutsu and MS would not be needed.

Kakuzu and Tsunade win.
We don't know the extent of the 8th gate, so I'm not factoring that into this battle.
Tsunade takes Gai and Kakashi takes kakuzu.
Gai can't kill tsunade since she has her creation rebirth and he only uses blunt force trauma attacks that don't have the power to instantly kill her. Tsunade eventually catches him with a punch or he gets worn down by his gates and tsunade outlasts him.
Kakashi needed the element of surprise to take out one of kakuzu's hearts, and the help of ino shika chou to take out kakuzu's second heart. Kakashi was getting manhandled and almost tentacle raped by 3 hearts. He does not have what it takes to beat kakuzu with five hearts.

Now it comes down to; kakuzu vs gai.
Personally believe gai would need the gates to defeat tsuande and if this is the case he doesnt have much left to take on kakuzu.

Gai uses the gates to defeat Tsunade.
Kakashi is still battling Kakazu and Guy comes to join the fight and its overkill because Guy uses the gates again because Guy is not limited to using the gates only once per day.
