Maybe, but Iron sand > Fire. The battle would be very close.

I think Kakuzu-chan for sure. He doesn't just have fire and physical attacks have no effect on him so Sasori's poison would be no good which is the point of his attack style. I'm not sure how effective the iron sand would be...Kakuzu's heart carrier beasts arent that fast so Sasori should be able to kill them with iron sand if he has them separate from the body but Kakuzu would be too smart for that I think...
