Jiraiya can enter SM he got the intelligence and he knows how to avoid attacks and hide.
Jiraiya can use Swamp fo the underworld to sink him down if he is not flying, which his earth defence wont work against.
He got Senpou Goemon vast sea of boiling oil which could reduce anything to cinders.
He got various fire and earth jutsu and his taijutsu is exceptional.
Oodoma Rasengan would probably take care of Kakuzu too? how can kakuzu dodge an Oodoma Rasengan, especially if Jiraiya is in Sennin Modo.
Jiraiya can summon Chief Toad, Gamaken and other toads, also Ma and Pa could also trap him in Genjutsu and it would be over.
There is no way Kakuzu can defeat Jiraiya.
