Team 2 wins high diff.Itachi knows a lot about Kisame and the same can be said about Kisame knowing about Itachi.
Itachi is stronger than all of the 1 v 1 and Sasuke is obviously above them too.

Sasuke can fire two arrows at once which kills 2 of them.Itachi uses amaterasu and kills the other.Then both Sasuke and Itachi tag team Kisame(the only threat).
