A highly situational battle, but I'd say the Uchiha Bros take it with high-difficulty. Itachi's intel on Kisame and his capabilities will probably focus on taking him out first, which would be the right move in guaranteeing victory.

Itachi is canonically > kisame, so there's already that.
3 tomoe sasuke is canonically > Deidara.

That only leaves kakuzu and sasori and the team aspect debateable.

I think Team 2 high diff. Itachi > all of them individually and EMS sasuke > Itachi.
This is just torture for team 1.

Eh, Depends on if Itachi has a counter for C4 with YM, As Deidara would no doubt use it right off the bat, IC or not as it was meant for Itachi, and even if he can see it its not helping him, with Kisame kakuzu and Sasori there to prevent him from putting Down Susano'o, If it indeed does kill Itachi then its 4 on 1 (although Deidara's chakra may be low) and I don't See EMS sasuke winning that , I have other idea's as well but ill post them as i see fit

C4 takes way to long he has to eat all that clay also itachi could get out of its range A susanoo arrow would take deidara down trying to use C4 also why do people think c4 would pass thru susanoo?

But intel works on both ways. Kisame also knows how strong Itachi is, so he will surely decide to strike him down first with precautions. Water clone, water dome would probably be his moves including Samehada's absorption and stamina recovering ability. In the waterdome he would be at a great advantage not only because of his advantage of speed when he transforms, but his GSB that could suck Susanoo(since it's made of chakra). Of course not saying Itachi would let things go this way, but it will surely not be that easy with 3partners as dangerous as Kakuzu, Deidara and Sasori by Kisame's side(who would probably share his intels with them and vice verse)

Now they're tired, so they're just physically fighting Kisame, keeping each other alive. Then, Itachi gets desperate and uses Izanami to save Sasuke's life.
Then kill Kisame with chidori sword. Itachi collapses, and Sasuke saves him.

You guys are acting like it is Kisame vs the bros then Deidara and company come to fight. Sasori's Iron Sand can help defend against some incoming attacks while Kakazu's threads can go underground for a surprise attack. Kisame will most likely get water dome up and use a Mizu bunshin while Deidara spams C2 or uses a C3 to desimate everyone.
