He's much quicker, agile and his offensive techniques vastly outnumber hers. Byakugō won't save your body being completely numbed, leaving you unable to move.
Sakura is a medic first, fighter second. Kakashi is solely a combatant... If I have to explain what that means then you'll never get it.

Nope his strongest attack is Raikiri which he can´t use effectively without Sharingan.
Without Sharingan his taijutsu is extremely downgraded.
His Suiton attacks are immposible without water source so this depend on location.
His doton is only for defense.
Summoning is useless.

Nope he can throw raikiri on kunai and doesnt need to go fast for it to work so he can use it perfect

sorry I don´t have it this was just my assumption based on fact he lost sharingan
It's not extremely downgraded, All he lost was Precog which effects were diminished due to his Eye sight in his Sharingan deteriorating from over use of MS.
Kakashi's Sharingan eye was suffering of loss of vision back when he fought Itachi clone in early part 2.
Plus if i remember right with the sharingan he had to fight with a single eye open, Which was his sharingan. Now without it he can fight with both Eyes open.
Didn't kakashi already use a suiton without a water source against Kakuzu?

- He lost sharingan but now his chakra doesnt suffer, so his stamina is much greater
- He lost raikiri, so what. He can still throw lightning infused kunai and he still has the RASENGAN
- He can use shadow clones, mass shadow clones and lightning clones

Yeah not to mention the incredible power of Raiton: Shiden that basically ripped the sky in half and provoked a storm and greatly impressed Onoki that was put in awe by Kakashi's new jutsu.
