Sakura is a medic first, fighter second. Kakashi is solely a combatant... If I have to explain what that means then you'll never get it.

Without Sharingan his taijutsu is extremely downgraded.

It's not extremely downgraded, All he lost was Precog which effects were diminished due to his Eye sight in his Sharingan deteriorating from over use of MS.
Kakashi's Sharingan eye was suffering of loss of vision back when he fought Itachi clone in early part 2.

Plus if i remember right with the sharingan he had to fight with a single eye open, Which was his sharingan. Now without it he can fight with both Eyes open.

Other than Konoha gods and Lee, I don't think anyone has a clean chance on him...

- He lost sharingan but now his chakra doesnt suffer, so his stamina is much greater
- He lost raikiri, so what. He can still throw lightning infused kunai and he still has the RASENGAN
- He can use shadow clones, mass shadow clones and lightning clones
