like madara or is tht totally not the possibility
just cuz he is not an uchiha
i think u only need an mangekyou sharingan to do tht not an uchiha body

He may hav the sharingan but he will need the necessary chakra to use it at that extent of control

He can't manupilate the Kyuubi with it because It's inside a Person ...and held by a seal that Kyuubi can't break ...
