i think that's the whole point of the snipe...it's instantaneous to someone who can't sense chakra build up in one eye... That's why he was able to teleport susano's arrow, Pain's nail, Gedo's arm, etc

Instant = brief moment, so yes.
It was said thou that clone's FTG is slower thus even FTG vary depending on power of user.

Well to be fair, regular Kamui from one eye was slower such that Gudo Damas are faster. It took both Kamui to escape a Gudo Dama that really wasn't fired from point blank range.

But, yes, this new Kamui is indeed the fastest tech ever.

so Kamui's hype is also trash, then it is great still but feats aren't as impressive as it is hyped to be.

Kakashi didn't react to anything he was falling, when Naruto and Sasuke were about to touch Kaguya with their's seals. It was shown in slow motion and Kaguya wasn't moving either, besides her Space Time ninjutsu isn't shown any faster then before. Kakashi used Sharingan's precognition ability to see attack in slow motion, that why it worked however If he tried on moving object as Naruto or Kaguya then he would miss for sure.
Yeah and this Naruto was going into portal using just physcial movement albeit flying but Obito used Space time ninjutsu so ?
Naruto still reacted much faster then Obito and he was almost there.
