his full warp is very fast, a rikodou powered ps, obito would use mokuton or black rods and katon,
maybe phasing with a ps costs too much or it cant, but theres a double defense so who cares.

Sasuke is an Uchiha. Give Obito's eyes to Sasuke or Itachi or Madara or any other Uchiha and he would have been able to use Intangibility with one eye. It took Sage chakra and double Kamui to make Kakahi exhibit that feat. Kakashi is a prime example of how Uchiha blood and DNA is vital for optimum efficiency.

He developed Kamui, from a technique that struggled in nailing Deidara to a technique that could interrupt space-time jutsu and warp people as fast as BM Naruto's clone. That left-eye belongs to Kakashi more than it does to Obito's; he owned it all his life, and worked hard to develop it and overcome the recoil it naturally inflicted on him.

If we're talking about the right-eye (and in extension, using Perfect Susano'o), then yeah, I'm reluctant to call that "Kakashi's power," since he didn't really work for it and got it on the fly via transmigration (just like Naruto's truth orbs / other Bijuu, and Sasuke's Rinnegan). Yes, the right-eye is Obito's power, and Kakashi was gifted it in a clutch moment.
