how come kakashis constant MS use doesnt affect him like sasuke or itachi?
anyone who has used the MS in the series progressively goes blind until getting the EMS.

he doesnt spam like sasuke and itachi?...hes used it only like 2-3 times whereas sasuke uses ms atleast 5x each fight

Prolly the type of ability that comes with it has something to do with it. Itachi and Sasuke were going blind because they were using amaterasu which if you remember made their eyes bleed. When Kakashi uses his, all it does is drain his chakra considerably, but otherwise he's fine after using it. Hope this cleared it up!

I hope he gets ems somehow but yeah he knows of itachi's eyesight deteriorating but never really bleeds or can't see well it just drains his chakra xd

Well, he nearly dies from chakra exaustaion when using it.

it probably is making him blind but if you recall, itachi used had his a long time before blindness set in because he didnt spam it like sasuke, kakashi doesnt use it all that much

Because he doesn't use it every single time he runs in to someone that is genin level or higher like Itachi and Sasuke. He actually knows how to fight without it.
