i think he could do amaterasu.. maybe in the war since kishi said he will focuse on him he might will show amaterasu or some unique ability with hes sharinga

Ms abilities tend to be unique for each user to some extent. Only reason sasuke and itachi share the same abilities is because they are brothers or from when itachi transferred his abilities into sasuke. So no he can't learn them. He only can use kamui unless he somehow gets another MS. >.> Which would kill him.
