Obito's Sharingan was transplanted to Kakashi, Kakashi wasn't an Uchiha so he couldn't turn the Sharingan off but how could he develop his Sharingan with Three-Tomoe to Mangekyo Sharingan if he wasn't an Uchiha?

well the only way (that we know of) to awaken your MS is to kill someone close to you... so it does make me wonder... but about the tomoe thing... i think with enough training, experience, and being pushed to your limit that the tomoes appear...

i think there might have been a short with kakashi's ms cuz wasn't obito his bestfriend in a way? sasuke and naruto when they were younger. and obito died right when kakashi got the sharigan.
