<Kakashi's lightning tech vs Sasuke's lig. tech>

This can be considered a controversial topic considering we have seen Sasuke a lot using various lightning techniques, while when we get to see Kakashi it is not often and he is mainly using Raikiri.
But if it had to come down to it I would still go with Kakashi in this manor. Kakashi developed his Raikiri after he had cut a lightning bolt in half with his Chidori.
We know what Sasuke is capable of with his lightning attacks but we still don't know the fullest extent of Kakashi's lightning abilities.
I am also choosing Kakashi considering his first elemental affinity was with Lightning unlike Sasuke's whose was Fire

Sasuke by far. Kakashi has only shown using raikiri and a lightning clone.

sasuke's shown more lighting jutsus than kakashi but that doesn't mean he's better, we saw kakashi can change as well the raiton form with the lighting wolf ,the fact that this guy know more than 1000 jutsu let me think that he know a lot of variante.

In Raiton, I give Kakashi winner on all levels.
Remember that Kakashi create the chidori to 13 years. He can create a dog and a clone of lightning ... and I suspect the last two attacks are just the tip of the iceberg. For me, only his failure to chakra does not allow it to show all his jutsu.

The first or second Databook said that the manipulation of form in the Raikiri is better and more complex, which clearly means that Kakashi is better than his pupil with Raiton since managed to make a more advanced and harder with its affinity (do not bring the Kirin, which derives its power from its nature, not the chakra of Sasuke)
