Who more lightgning techniques = sasuke
Who has created more lightning techniques = sasuke
Who has the strongest lightning technique = sasuke
Who has shown to be able to conduct lighting through weapons = sasuke
Only haters, fanboys and people who just look at the pictures instead of read the manga would vote for kakashi

who copied 1000 elemenal techniques which countain for sure hundreds of lighting jutsu ?kakashi
anybody can conduct his chakra in a weapon even samurai did it and kakashi did it with zabuza sword so he knews years ago before sasuke.
you realize all the smart and moderately intelligent people on the forum, know kakashi is a better lighting user, and only the lesser intelligent/fanboys say sasuke?

You don't know that Sasuke has more lightning techs and all of the ones he created were based on the one Kakashi taught him.
I'll give you that Kirin is very strong, but there's also no proof that Kakashi can't channel lightning into weapons.
I also think the Raikage bunshin technique is awesome.

kakashi is better and overall in lightning style Kakashi is better, Plot no jutsu hasn't allowed him to show any S rank ones,

kakashi, he has several forms of lightning jutsu
chidori, raikiri, raiton kage bunshin, raijuu( lightning wolf) and can stream lightning in to weapons
sasuke only seems more impressive to some because he has a lot more chakra to waste and can use a lot of huge techniques without worrying about being exhausted, i think kakashi has yet to show his full arsenal of lightning jutsu, but i think we might get to see something new in the next few chapters hopefully

I do not care about what age kakashi was able to create chidori. Sure he has copied 1000 jutsu's but he has only been seen using about 3 lightning techniques. Again i do not care if he once was able to cut through lightning.
You say kakashi can form any shape, extend, control trajectory and be able to create a lightning clone. All of what youve said, he has only been shown using lightning clonse. As for shape manipulation and condensed lighting chakra that feats belong to sasuke and not kakashi.

As i said, sasuke has shown shown and created more lightning techniques, this includes the storngest lightning technique in the series. Get over it, sasuke has more feats in lightning release
As i said, he might have copied 1000 jutsu's but in the manga he has been shown using 3 different forms of lightning techniques. Sasuke on the otherhand has been shown using loads

Kakashi is the better Lightning user.
To think Sasuke is better at lightning techs than Kakashi is just silly when all of Sasukes lightning techs are weaker variations of chidori which Kakashi created.
Sasuke uses A-Rank Chidori variations while Kakashi uses S-Rank Raikiri variations.
Raikiri> Chidori
S-Rank> A-Rank
Sasuke has one S-Rank Jutsu and that's Kirin but Sasuke does not give Kirin it's power it is naturally powerful an Sasuke just guides it.
Raikiri=> Kirin
Reason why, Raikiri can be used more than once in battle, and Raikiri cancels out Kirin IMO.
Sasuke is just very flashy with his Lightning jutsu because he has the chakra reserves to do so.
I'm sure Kakashi can do anything Sasuke can do in terms of lightning release and then some.
I predict Kakashi will soon reveal Raiton armor in battle.

i also do not care also who showed<know more lighting jutsus,fact are that kakashi has more experience,know much more about this element than sasuke and got hundreds of lighting jutsu since he got more than 1000 jutsus.his raiton user reputation are by far known in any country,
sasuke invented only kirin,all his other jutsu are kakashi's chidori with shape manipulation.
