They can, for example how do u think Sasuke and madara took the amaterasu off?
And for a more advance form of kamui, u can look at madara teleportation!
I believe, after he was in the hospital from Itachi's first Tsukyami (sp ?) , he probably realized there is so much more depth to the sharingan that he didn't know that he probably started to focus more on pouring chakra in it. Cause after that he didn't show anything with it till he and Naruto are chasing Dediera and he uses it for the first time. Before that he was just using it to copy techniques from others.

sasuke never took off Amaterasu to my knowledge. as for madara, he did something in the shadows that is unknown to us to take off Amaterasu. it is possible, however he couldve done anything like just teleport (maybe teleport has properties we don't know about). so we can't say things with such sureness. we can however say things that include : maybe, I think, possibly etc.

well I cant agree.tsukoyomi user creats his own demantion where he controles everything: space,time,action and etc. tsukoyomi is another type of teleportation!

P.S.we dont know what madara/tobi is capable of so dont say kakashi is the only kamui user,ok?
I'm sorry if you're getting frustrated. however, this "alternate dimension" is the illusionary world that can only be created by genjutsu. it cannot be created through ninjutsu nor taijutsu nor forbidden jutsu. in most genjutsu techniques, the user usually has controls over such things like time and space as the genjutsu user is messing with the victims brain as genjutsu can be defined as illusion techniques.
the victim isn't physically sent to that alternate dimension, just mentally.
also, teleportation is not an illusion. the user is physically to a different space in reality.
if u can find proof or evidence that tsukuyomi includes teleportation I will admit Im wrong.(a post cant be used as evidence)

I think we misunderstoold each other.I agree that tsukoyomi is a genjutsu and in reality that world in which ppl are traped does not excist and the demention opened by kakashi excists.
I only said that tsukoyomi is ANOTHER TYPE of space/time jutsu as its user controles there space and time,
I hope you will understand what I am talking about!
