He is like 1/10 of his strength without his sharingan

He wont be able to do a good chidori/raikiri annymore

And here's a fun question:

Does he still know all his copied techniques?

Cause if he doesnt, wel then: lee>kakashi

He was able to do good Chidori/Raikiri back then. He dosen't nneed Sharingan to do Raikiri. Also giving him 1/10 strength w/o the Sharingn is unfair. You seen him fight without the Sharingan right? He became Jounin at the age of 13.

Kakashi is still kakashi, with or without his sharingan. Now don't get me wrong he's about 4/10 maybe 5/10 his normal level but his loss of sharingan doesn't effect him negatively. i mean he might just keep his sight. But ofcourse if he gets that EMS powerup then he would be 11/10 increasing his power and ability tenfold.

He had improved himself to the level where he could use Raikiri w/o suffering from tunnel vision...
He could perform Raikiri w/o using Sharingan even when he had it...
