Just because Kakashi learned a few techniques since then doesn't mean he can beat Orochimaru now. Orochimaru had learned more techniques as well. Come on now. A Sannin can beat two Jonnin.

Kakashi from then would lose, he isnt just any jounin he is kakashi hatake the copy ninja with over a thousand jutsu with zabuza the legendary assasin in his team im sorry i think the two of them would actually win against orochimaru who is meant to be so strong and a genius and lost against itachi so easily

Itachi surprised Orochimaru with the sword he has been looking for forever. Any Orochimaru at his best could easily beat Zabuza. If Orochimaru uses edo tensei and his summoning jutsu to summon snakes. Lord Orochimaru can regenerate too.
ANYONE would lose to itachi if he used the arrow thing...so that statement is irrelevant.
oro would take them on with minimal difficulty.
kakashi...copied 1000 jutsu...but can at best use maybe 12, and i'm pushing it on that.
oro's rate of stamina is unheard of. i mean...kakashi and ZABUZA?!...bwahaha #meanwhile oro has much more important ppl to kill than these dweebs

K&Z would be a really interesting team, we've seen basically all they can do as of now and as a team their on Kage level. Kakashi good taijutsu, speed, etc but doesnt have any fire power nor the stamina. Z big dude, slow but has power and his hidden mist. However, Z really isn't much without his sword and Haku having his back, I'm not underestimating his power as he was one of the swordsman (though we all not they were handled.
Oro has a vast amount of jutsu, both offensive and defensive and I don't see K&Z being able to defeat him, let alone kill him. Oro's snakes would be problem, sword would probably out rank Z's and he can regenerate. Also, idk what attack would defeat his 8 branch tech.
