and no the only way to defeat madara(edo) is with a sealing tecs now....plus he would have to deal with the juubi again(which would be easier to defeat with sealing tecs)

Even if he uses a Ps Kakashi would still be able to defeat him. Using such an enormous version of the Susanoo probably deals heavy strain on Madara's body as well as the massive chakra consumption it must require to function, depleting a huge amount of Madara's chakra. Ps probably is his saving grace in some battle's so I do not think he would unleash said tech at such an early start when in combat.
