1.I have doubt that kakashi will use izanami on Obito. Since izanami is a technique that can change a shinobi's path. Remember that Itachi has used this technique on kabuto. In order to change Kabuto's path or destiny.

2.Kakashi met his father when he once dead fighting against pein. Kakashi's father said that kakashi still has something important to do in ninja world. I think that important thing is deciding the destiny of Obito.

3.Obito will fight in izanami world with illusionary kakashi till he decides to change his path.

You can't say that for certain. Itachi never displayed knowledge of Izanami but he used it. Obito never even made a hint towards being capable of Izanagi, even after watchin Danzo use it, but he knew how to use it.

Kakashi has just as much potential of using Izanami/nagi as Obito and Itachi do.

Well, he did saw Itachi's Mangekyo and he did have his own.. Izanami is a forbidden Uchiha jutsu.. I don't think that Kakashi knows about forbidden Uchiha jutsu such as Izanagi or Izanami.

Even if he did know, that would be an asspull, seeing as how Izanami already took out a major villain and Kakashi isn't an Uchiha.
