Kakashi will be as strong as prime Jiraiya when he reaches his prime.
Kakashi is 30 years old at the moment and he has improved really much since the timeskip. His stamina increased as well and he is a low-mid kage level ninja at the moment.
The only things that he has left too really improve are his stamina and chakra reserves and in just 3 years he pretty much trippled them.min part 1 he had to be hospitalized for a week after using the Sharingan and now he is able to use it continuously for 2 days while using his MS and a lot of Raikiri's.

A ninja probably reaches his prime around the age of 35-55 years old. I got this number since the Jiraiya we saw was around 50 and he was fit as hell. The same goes for Tsunade. So if Kakashi keeps improving he will be able to get to Jiraiya's level. He may or may not surpass him.
So he will be a mid-high kage level around his prime.

I only used Pain because Kakashi and Jiraiya both fought him and Kakashi couldn't believe Jiraiya took on all 6 so I can see the power gap by that.

And no Kakashi wasn't fighting continuously for 2 days while MS and a lot of Raikiri's, non of the ninjas have been constantly fighting except Naruto who fought on all battle fields right out of training which he had no rest. In the anime which shows Kakashi fighting, it also shows where all of the Kakashi and other ninjas such as Sai, Lee, Neji, ect were resting while waiting for the enemy's (white zetsu or edos) to attack. Plus Kakashi stamina and chakra were replenished by Kurama giving him chakra then again when Naruto gave everyone chakra.

I don't see Kakashi getting t Jiraiya's level since he was jounin since 13 and even tho he improved since then, he should have been on kage level as a 27 year old. He graduated from the academy at 5, pass the chunin at 6, became jounin at 13 yet wasn't Hokage level at 27 while people like Itachi and Minato were kage level at a younger age. I don't think Kakashi either trains that much or there's a limit to how strong he can get.

Kakashi isn't on Jiraiya's level just because he has kamui, most people overrate it, he has very limited access to that move without help from naruto, using it more than a a few times automatically tires him out. Jiraiya has sage mode with ma and pa attached to his shoulders, not to mention his underrated barrier jutsu, much higher reserves, and any frog summon he wants. ppl think kamui is instant but it's not, and kakashi himself said without the kyuubi cloak enhancing kamui, his size limit was something that was 1/3 the size of the bijuu. Kakashi is nice but even he knows that he's not as powerful as Jiraiya.

just for reference I'll post the key weaknesses of kamui, the first being the prep he needs to gather chakra for large task.

Kakashi needed to rest due to being wounded by Zabuza who cut him, They had no medical ninjas remember? Tsunade wasn't in the picture to train Sakura how to heal so Kakashi needed time to heal as well as giving Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura some down time to hang out with that kid they befriended. It was not due to the sharingan hurting his body it did burn a lot of chakra but that's all the 3 tomoes sharingan do to Kakashi, burns his chakra and that's why he covers it when not using it.

It wasn't only because of the Chakra clone but from all the jutsus he used until then, last being the lightning clone. Fought the 2 strongest? All of the paths are Kage level. First one Jiraiya fought was the summoning one, what can Kakashi due against him? He already said he can't Kamui large objects without Kurama's chakra plus is weakened after each use plus can't use it that much so what is he doing to the carb, dog, bird, bull, lizard, panda shield, ect? Jiraiya also fought the absorbing path and what looks like the path that pulls your soul. Killed 3, was surprised attacked by Asura path and lost an arm then had to fight 6. You can't say fodderize when he's fighting 6 kage levels and he didn't die right there on the spot, he could have escaped but chose to stay an figure out Pain's secret.

Kakashi has low stamina, how is her going to be fighting constantly? He can't help anyone if he's too tired and lack enough chakra. He had healing fro medical ninjas like everyon else in the war, time to rest and had Guy, Lee, Sai and other ninjas with him to aid him. Without the sealing team and medical ninjas none of the ninjas would have been fighting for as long as they have. Guy was right there by Kakashi in some of those mist swordmen fights too.

Kakashi was jounin since 13 years old, he should have passed Jiraiya by 27 but was still jounin level so I can't see Kakashi passing Jiraiya in 5 years unless he's training hard all he time. All of the swordmens are high jounin- low kage so it's reasonable that he had help.

Kakashi is already a kage level ninja. I have kakashi beating any of the five kages now. Gaara's defence is weak to lightning and kakashi's smarter. Kakashi's eye can keep up with A, again kakashi's smarter. All A has is speed and defence and strength, but against kakashi that's mastered a op jutsu like kamui that's not enough. I'm not even gonna go into why he will beat mei. And all tsunade has is taijutsu and regeneration. And her taijutsu's not even good, its just strong. With the sharingan on his side she may never even hit him, and again kamui trumps almost everything. The tsiukage would be difficult but even with dust release. Kakashi has a better chance of one shoting him with kamui then oonuki has of one shotting kakashi with kamui now that kakashi knows how to go into that dimension

Not really. Chidori is a piercing attack, it had nothing to do with the sand being weak to lightning. It's weakness is water (oil can work) but Gaara already shown to be able to make more sand by breaking down the minerals in the ground to make stronger sand. He can sink Kakashi right on the spot which is 200 feet deep and near inescapable. Gaara can stay out of Kakashi's range of attack while attacking from high as well.

Sasuke's MS is stronger than Kakashi's, even thought he could somewhat see him, he couldn't really and lacked the speed to react. Kakashi does not have the speed to react in time, only Minato and Naruto ever dodged A's fastest jutsus. It only takes 1 hit for Kakashi to be done in by A, Sasuke needed Susanoo to avoid being hit by A and KM Naruto blocked A's punches with his arms and even said if he took clean hits then he'll be in trouble.

Mei has 3 elements, fire, water, and earth which makes her boiling mist and lava. Mei can use Hidden mist to weaken the sharingan's sight and use her boiling mist which would melt him. Can't Kamui what you can't see, Kakashi is well known for his sharingan so using hidden mist would be reasonable since Kakashi even used it on Itachi in the anime. Kakashi does have a shot but feel like we haven't seen everything Mei can do with her elements which also makes it hard to fight her in close combat plus she can shoot it for mid-range combat.

Kakashi has more luck beating Tsunade. Only defense she has against Kamui is punching the ground and making boulders rise from the ground and block Kamui but that's if she uses that strategy. I'm leaning more in Kakashi's favor here tho.

Oonoki has earth, fire and wind which makes dust element so hiding below the ground can be a big mistake. Oonoki can levitate boulders or what ever he wants as shown when he made his body guards fly with him. Make an earth wall to block Kakashi's movement, then earth dragon jutsus then as Kakashi either copy and use earth dragon jutsu or kamui then have Jinton coming at him.

The weakest? He was fighting all strong ones. No ninjutsus can work due to them being absorbed, can't fight close combat or his soul would be pulled, and if he stayed long distances then summoning can attack him. What can Kakashi do against only the summoning pain? Bull, Bird, Dog, carb, lizard all attacking him and he already stated that he needs Kurama's chakra to warp large objects and the dog summon keeps multiplying when attacked. So what can Kakashi do against "weakest of Pain bodies"?

You do know that Kakashi had a team helping him in that same example that you used right? which again just shows Kakashi needed help since Choji and his dad were the ones who took down Asura path while he was going to attack Kakashi. Current Kakashi? Not much has changed with him except using Kurama's chakra to help replenish his stamina when he gave him chakra. Before Kakashi was given some of Kurama's chakra he was wounded and exhausted when it was him, Guy, Naruto and Bee vs Obito.

Really? And it's not Plot no jutsu that Jiraiya didn't have perfect Sage Mode when he trained with the toads when he was a kid (like 13 years old). Jiraiya didn't show sensory ability except for Ma's toad tongue or frog kata which he should have since he trained with them for years. Where's Jiraiya's SM super strength? Hmm?
