Tsunade wins. Chidori and it's variants are not usable without the sharingan. Tsunade has better chakra reserves, speed and reaction rates may be slower for Tsunade, but not by so much.

They are perfectly usable. Only the aiming is imperfect due the impossibility to see the opponent counter-attack. But you don't need to aim with mid long range variants. The only problem that could be seen would be with the normal chidori where you have to go CQC with the opponent(and eventhen the opponent must be fast enough to react). His lightning wolf for example requires no aim. His lightning transmission as well, same goes for his lightning katana

Paralysis from raiton attacks don't stem from destroyed cells but rather forced muscle contractions. Her seal won't change that.

He was faster than almost all of his opponents, yet he had to activate it because he couldn't fight without it on pair with them.
Without sharingan he isn't stronger than the likes of Darui, Zabuza, Kitsuchi, Hidan etc.

Tsunade wins mid difficulty. Decapitating someone isn't all that easy especially when Kakashi with the sharingan has had trouble killing his opponents via Raikiri blitz let alone decapitating someone without the sharingan.

Tsunade isn't getting paralysed with mere raiton because she can control the nervous system's electrical synopsis and Sasuke managed to resist paralysis due to his raiton affinity. Tsunade isn't a raiton specialist but her being able to convert her chakra into electricity for the purposes of accurately disrupting the nervous system means she has the medical expertise in resisting paralysis. Kakashi's suiton is tanked with ease and the knockback from suiton is useless when Tsunade can put chakra in her feat.

If Katsuyu is summoned, Kakashi is screwed because even though raiton is dangerous for the slug, it can split many times so Kakashi can't take them all out. Furthermore, Tsunade can just intercept any raiton that Kakashi decides to throw at Katsuyu or she can simply heal Katsuyu since the two of them have a link which allows Tsunade to transfer her medical ninjutsu to Katsuyu.

Yes. Yes I am. The body misinterprets the electrical current as signals to contract the muscles. If they were destroyed or damaged it wouldn't act on the electricity.

You should read what science says about the electric shock. Larger currents can cause fibrillation of the heart and damage to tissues. Tsunade's Byakugou can perfectly counter this. But if I'm wrong, she still can send electrical impulses to her body to neutralize Kakashi's raiton.

Why would it be mental? Dafuc? The body misinterprets the shock from raiton kage bunshin as electrical messages from the brain. The axons acts on the electrical current in the same way it would act on it if it was bio-electric messages from the brain. It's not cardiac but musculoskeletal. Not damaging the heart but confusing the muscles in the body. Tsunade did it to kabuto back in part one but he didn't attempt to heal it because there was nothing physically wrong.

I'd love to see her try that when she can't move.
