Why would it be mental? Dafuc? The body misinterprets the shock from raiton kage bunshin as electrical messages from the brain. The axons acts on the electrical current in the same way it would act on it if it was bio-electric messages from the brain. It's not cardiac but musculoskeletal. Not damaging the heart but confusing the muscles in the body. Tsunade did it to kabuto back in part one but he didn't attempt to heal it because there was nothing physically wrong.

I'd love to see her try that when she can't move.

Tsunade's knowledge on the human's body is as least as great as Kabuto's, and considering she invented a technique that can mess up the nervous system, she can neutralize any raiton Kakashi throws at her.

She can't do that when she can't move. And her regeneration tech can't change the body's misinterpretations.

Instead he re-learned what electrical message from the brain will cause the axons in his body to contract and relax which muscles. That's much more difficult than simply "healing " it by reproducing cells.
That's because adding more cells won't change the way the axons respond to the current

The body feeling motion despite not seeing motion is the basis of sea, car, and motion sickness in general. Yet there's no damage being done to the eyes.

The electric current confused yamato's nervous system causing a numbing sensation. It also slightly inhibited his movements since the muscles have to decide whether to follow sasuke's current or the current from yamato's brain.
Even so the only physical damage he revived was from sasukes sword.

Same here. Kakashi's bunshin throws her nervous system off. Despite not damaging her body. It's really simple.

How ironic... Kakashi was using his sharingan in every one of those scans. Lmfao...

Tsunade wins mid difficulty. Decapitating someone isn't all that easy especially when Kakashi with the sharingan has had trouble killing his opponents via Raikiri blitz let alone decapitating someone without the sharingan.

Tsunade isn't getting paralysed with mere raiton because she can control the nervous system's electrical synopsis and Sasuke managed to resist paralysis due to his raiton affinity. Tsunade isn't a raiton specialist but her being able to convert her chakra into electricity for the purposes of accurately disrupting the nervous system means she has the medical expertise in resisting paralysis. Kakashi's suiton is tanked with ease and the knockback from suiton is useless when Tsunade can put chakra in her feat.

Kakashi's clones get destroyed by a punch/kick to the ground.

If Katsuyu is summoned, Kakashi is screwed because even though raiton is dangerous for the slug, it can split many times so Kakashi can't take them all out. Furthermore, Tsunade can just intercept any raiton that Kakashi decides to throw at Katsuyu or she can simply heal Katsuyu since the two of them have a link which allows Tsunade to transfer her medical ninjutsu to Katsuyu.

This convinced me that Tsunade wins.
