Kakashi wins this easily. Kamui or Sharingan jutsu is not even needed to destroy this big breasted fodder. Raikiri, Raikiri blade, or Raiton clone to help trick her, not to mention his summon's are still available to him. Knowing the people who say Tsunade wins, they probably drool over her fictional tits just to look like an idiot.
Kaka speed is well faster than Slug Queen, not to mention that Kakashi beat Kabuto in taijutsu while Tsunade struggled, and this as Kaka without his Sharingan. Tsunade is a fodder to any form of Kakashi. Full knowledge on Tsunade, and the fact that Kaka has more intelligence and battle sense than slug queem, eliminates the possibility of Kakashi falling for Tsuande's slow punches. Madara only got hit because he wasn;t even trying to dodge. Kaka will actually dodge because her moves are slow as shit. She is basically a wannabe boxer with no speed. Kaka will oneshot her with Raikiri (most likely the head) , until it's over. His ability to utilize Kage Bunshins, even the Raiton clone, in tandem with his Doton earth wall, will prove for good defense while he hides underground and snipe the shit out of her, and will allow him to fool Tsunade into getting paralyzed upon striking his clone. This will allow landing a lethal shot even easier for Kakashi. Regardless of what you people try to some up with, the fact is that even without his Sharingan, it doesn't change too much. Kaka is still far quicker and more flexible fighter than someone who charges half the time without actually thinking straight. Having immense strength, big boobs and hope means nothing in this fight, and shouldn't have too much difficulty avoiding her and landing a shot to the face, especially if he goes with distracting her via a Raiton Kage Bunshin (even without hiding via Doton). He also has the option of harassing her with ranged attacks like long distance weapons and Raikiri Wolf, like seen with Pain.
