I say Kakashi unless Tsunade can use Creation Rebirth to give herself a second life in time for her death. Kakashi is faster and can read her linear movements with the Sharingan which would give him an opening to use Chidori in a vital spot.

Everyone needs to know that tsunade IS FAST! She is by no means sluggish, she just hits hard so it seems slower than most charcaters

You're right, Tsunade isn't slow, Kakashi may be faster but Tsunade can at least keep up.

Tsunade is not sluggish, she only summons a giant slug, a badass and polite one tooxd

Kakashi wins this IMO.
Kakashi has to much for her to deal with.
Kakashi is better at ninjutsu that's obviously.
Kakashi is better at taijutsu as well IMO, his Sharingan boosts his taijutsu capabilities and Being Guys partner and rival also helps that.

Even with Tsunades Mitotic Regeneration she cannot regenerate a missing head from kakashis Beheaders blade with Raiton running through it.

Tsunade maybe only wins this if she summons Katsuyu and has her melt him.
I don't know if Kakashi has any jutsu to deal with giant summons.

tsunade doesnt really have long range jutsu that weve seen, let alone ANY jutsu that weve got to see . so as of now kakashi has a lot more perks
