I'm going to go with Kakashi high difficulty. It'll be hard but he can definitely pull it off. I feel like he can use the dog summons to deal with Karin fairly easily while he focuses on Juugo and Sugeitsu. When Juugo goes into full curse seal mode he loses his mind so he's just as likely to attack and harm Sugeitsu as he is to attack Kakashi. At least that's my understanding of how crazy Juugo goes when he's fully transformed. With Kakashi's intelligence I wouldn't be surprised if he could somehow turn that against Sugeitsu. And I haven't seen great teamwork from Taka either so it could very easily turn into a Kakashi vs. Juugo then Kakashi vs Suigetsu. Plus it shouldn't take the dogs very long to dismantle Karin and could be very instrumental in taking care of Suigetsu and Juugo

Kakashi would win this mid difficulty lets see karin dosent usually fight head on that leaves suigetsu and juugo who is pretty slow, well when compared to kakashi. This is the way i see things going juugo charges at kakashi, kakashi evades him moves to suigetsu uses a lightning jutsu that takes out suigetsu by then juugo would be back on kakashi and juugo gets kamui by kakashi haha just kidding although people say that alot considering he hasnt actually killed anyone with it i cant see kakashi using this anyway he raikiris juugo, maybe uses an explosive kunai idk then all thats left is karin if she manages to revive suigetsu well then kakashi summons his dogs and they take care of her while he puts suigetsu down again. Cant believe i just wrote all that normally i would just put kakashi and i guess people might disagree with this but consider this is it not possible well isnt it?
as long as he takes care of karin first.
sugetsu is water, he does a well put chidori and he is out for a bit
juugo is the more challenging, but he will still win.
after that he finishes off an already weaken sugetsu and he wins

yes kakuzu did these combo with his masks,hidan was also attacking kakashi like a barbarian during these combo, kakashi was still handling them and was also able to protect ino choji and shika from these combo attacks.
taka stand no chance vs kakashi.

Well i think Taka will lose this one..
cuz kakashi can handle himself pretty well against more enemies at the same time..(like kakuzu and hidan and against the jins okay with guy but the jins are way more powerfull then taka) + he's damn smart and analizes there fighting style in a matter of seconds.
suigetsu is in disadvantage in elements and his sword will not be helpfull at all.
jugo is a little bit more harder to defeat tho, but what i saw is that he only attacks in straight lines and you have to do better than that to hurt kakashi.
Karin.. well yeah she's maybe the biggest threat to him.. if she undresses herself.. well then the game is over cuz he will be stunned directly xD if she does not do that then it's kakashi's victory!

Well, the thing is about Kakashi's chakra is that it seems to be growing.
He's been in battle after battle so far in this war, and is even holding his own against the tailed beasts (along with Gai).
If Kakashi can take out Suigetsu with his lightning, then Juugo shouldn't be TOO much of a problem.
Karin is useless. If Kakashi can take out Suigetsu and Juugo, Karin will either be killed or run. Either way, Kakashi wins.
I give this battle the benefit of the doubt though.
The Seven Mist Swordsmen ninja have all been noted to have high chakra levels, and Suigetsu trained to become a member of them.

he throvs a shuriken and with it he kils karin then he fights suigetsu and when he turnes onto water he uses lightning jutsus to kill him and then uses his ms to rip of jugos head

cuz juugo's attack's r straight and predictable with his sharingan..also kakashi knows kenjutsu and is has lightning chakra nature so suigetsu will b nothing

u do know kakashi can copy jutsus and shadow clones himself into five kakashis with separate elements ... and he got kamui ...
