There's absolutely no sign when Sasuke going to use his S/T. Sasuke's PS as of right now is much stronger because it sliced up multiple Chibaku Tensei that were bigger than multiple mountain ranges. A feat much bigger than Madara's.

Sasuke has incredible speed which would be enough to dodge Kamui. He also has his S/T to assist him even better. People seem to forget Kamui also has restrictions. If Kakashi wants to attack he needs to become tangible. During that time he gets bisected.
