Kakashi could barely evade his arrow and had to use Kamui to warp it away(his fastest attack). Sasuke can just spam his arrows and make Kakashi use up his chakra.
Also, Kakashi cannot warp multiple arrows at once, so while Sasuke uses one arrow kakashi will use Kamui and then Sasuke will use another arrow immediately and wreck him. Kakashi's kamui is fast, but it takes up too much chakra.

Given that a Mangekyou Sharingan Sasuke would have likely killed Kakashi were it not for his eyes going blind, I think this is a easy win for EMS Sasuke. As skilled and as powerful as Kakashi is, he has virtually no way to counter the arrows of Sasuke's Susanoo outside of Kamui. The problem is that eventually Kakashi will run out of Chakra and be unable to use Kamui. Beyond that, the two are about equal in taijustu and normal ninjustu, so that's a tie. Kakashi cannot Kamui multiple arrows at once, but Sasuke can spam multiple arrows one after another. Sasuke will use much less chakra than Kakashi.
If Kakashi can keep the fight focused on hand to hand combat or normal jutsu he might have a good chance of hitting Sasuke, but if Sasuke activates any of the Mangekyou Sharingan jutsus then Kakashi's chances plummet very quickly. As for Kamui, its use is somewhat nullified if all he can do with it is remove arrows that Sasuke shoots, and outside a really lucky shot, how likely will Kakashi hit Sasuke with it? Kamui plays a role in this battle, but purely for defense.
Sasuke can spam Enton arrows more efficiently than Kakashi can spam Kamui. This should be obvious.
Kakashi has his Mangekyou in only one eye, while Sasuke has his Mangekyou in both eyes and he is a real Uchiha. A non-Uchiha cannot outlast a real Uchiha. This half ranked copy ninja can't compare to a real Uchiha with much more chakra reserves.

Sasuke has 3 different EMS jutsus that don't put much strain on him and they don't consume much chakra.
Kakashi has 1 MS jutsu, which puts a large strain even if only after 1 single use(remember what happened when he warped sasuke's Enton arrow? The jutsu also consumes large reserves of his chakra. Sasuke has more of a chakra advantage than Kakashi. Kakashi is low when it comes to chakra reserves and stamina. Even using the basic 3 tomoe Sharingan causes Sasuke no strain whatsoever, and consumes an insignificant amount of chakra. Kakashi is useless without his Mangekyou when Sasuke can just use his basic Sharingan to reserve his chakra.
If it were a close quarters fight, Sasuke's shushin feats are more impressive than kakashi's shushin feats so we can conclude that sasuke's shushin is better. A Chidori enhanced sword of Kusanagi is a very useful weapon in any close range taijutsu oriented battle.
Sasuke has shown more Chidori variations than Kakashi, and Sasuke has 2 summons that are far larger and can overpower any of kakashis summons(Aoda and Hawk). Sasuke can see chakra, so this means he can see Kakashi if he goes under ground with earth style.
Kamui is not instant for Kakashi, and Kamui headshot is not happening. How long did it take for him to Kamui a Gedo Mazou head? He had to aim just to get a good lock on, therefore it is not instant, and before you say, "oh it takes longer to Kamui Gedo Mazou's head because its big".. you should know that it is in fact much easier to aim at Gedo Mazou's head then a normal human. You should also know that Susanoo can counter Kamui just as it can Amaterasu/Enton (as they both have the same mechanics).When Kamui can hit larger targets, then it will have some advantage. When Kamui has a lasting effect for even when it misses the target, then it will have an advantage. When Kakashi uses a near instant Kamui head shot from several dozen meters away, then it will have an advantage. When Kakashi can do some of this without falling over almost dead, then it will have an advantage. Until then, stop fapping over Kamui. That's all I ever hear on these damn forums are Kamui this and Kamui that. Kamui can hit here and Kamui can hit there. Shut up with the Kamui wank. It is annoying.
Sasuke has shown in the past that he gradually increase the power and control of his Mangekyou techniques with battle experience. Sasuke can use Skeletal Susano'O and cover himself with Enton flames, so they would be warped instead of him. Even Deidara could notice being affected by Kamui and he do not have Sharingan.
Kamui works the same as Amaterasu, but Kamui is far more limited to distance and size. Sasuke could cover a Bijuu in Amaterasu from a good 30 meters away. Kakashi could barely cover a human with Kamui, and from that distance, he almost died. Logic?
Is Kakashi capable of using Kamui twice in rapid succession? No. Is Sasuke capable of firing Amaterasu or Enton twice in rapid succession? Yes. Sasuke has Amaterasu (better than Kakashi's Kamui). Sasuke has Enton (reflective of Obito's Kamui). Sasuke has MS genjutsu. Sasuke has Susano'O. Sasuke can use Enton and Susano'O intermittently. Sasuke can even reflect his Susano'O in his genjutsu. Sasuke can use Amaterasu and then further control it with Enton.
All this talk about what they could do is too mundane. As I said, Kakashi's Kamui has one basic function, which gets out-beaten by Sasuke's Amaterasu. His secondary function (teleporting himself to Kamui dimension) practically kills him.

Nothing supports Kakashi being able to warp Sasuke inside Susano'o just because Kakashi can see him , it's pretty much the same as if he couldn't see him , he would still need to warp the whole Susano'o in order to warp Sasuke , there's no proof that he can warp someone inside Susano'o just because he can see him .
