He doesn't need to know its Amatersu. Once he sees a large amount of chakra in Sasuke's eyes, he will know its something big, and prepares to defend against. Its not slow when he performs the jutsu before Amatersu is casted. But even then, Kakashi can just snipe him off with Kamui at the start of the match.

Feats show Kamui is faster by FAR. If Amatersu hasn't been used much, then we don't have the right its equal. Juubito used the staff because it his defense. No need to use speed when you already have a defense ready. Kamui is shown to be faster than FTG.
The more arrows that Sasuke spams, the more times that Kakashi will have to use Kamui, and Kakashi will become tired and exhausted way before Sasuke does. If Kakashi tries to go for an assault upclose then Sasuke will just protect his Susano'o with Enton and keep Kakashi from getting close. This will keep Kakashi at bay while Sasuke spams Susano'O or Enton arrows and make Kakashi use up his chakra with Kamui. It's a battle of outlasting the other opponent and Sasuke will clearly win. He also has a much better arsenal that could easily defeat Kakashi.

I agree with this. If sasuke starts the match off by spamming amaterasu(it's actually IC for him) kakashi will have no choice but to warp the flames off his body(if he can, he'll be seriously hurt.) Once he's forced kakashi to kamui CONSECUTIVELY, he can finish him with susanoo. Also, the whole "susanoo transparency"argument is bogus-especially if he covers it with enton....

Kakashi could barely evade his arrow and had to use Kamui to warp it away(his fastest attack). Sasuke can just spam his arrows and make Kakashi use up his chakra.
Also, Kakashi cannot warp multiple arrows at once, so while Sasuke uses one arrow kakashi will use Kamui and then Sasuke will use another arrow immediately and wreck him. Kakashi's kamui is fast, but it takes up too much chakra.

2Tomoe Sasuke couldn't see Naruto move during there fight at the Valley of the end but when he used 3Tomoe his sight was able to read his movements and counter them...
