I'm afraid you got it a bit wrong.
Sasuke was beaten by every kage except from Danzo, whom he didn't fight then, was healed by Karin before and after a fight against Danzo who couldn't use MS (though I agree that he was only partially healed after that fight) and was overpowered in taijutsu by Kakashi without Sharingan.

Two more things you need to keep in mind, and I think you can't deny them:
1. Kakashi didn't want to kill Sasuke - he said it several times and when he finally made a decision to do so, Naruto stopped him
2. The only one who got hit in their fight was Sasuke.

No,my situation is perfectly valid. All those other situations are completely irrelevant-as BRUTE FORCE was used to bust open the susanoo. When that happens, the user generally feels the impact. Just look at sasuke after his susanoo was destroyed-you could tell he had taken some damage.(although susanoo reduced the damage obviously) Whenever you get injured/take damage, your chakra levels drop drastically, hence time is taken to rebuild. Like I said, Sasuke rebuilds the susanoo easily and proceeds to rape kakashi with his arrows/magatamas spammage. It's obvious that sasuke is stronger than kakashi overall at this point.(only deranged kakashi fanboys think otherwise.)

Kakashi's Kamui speed is laughable. This has been shown far too many times now, especially in the latest chapters:

- Madara Summoned the Gedo-Mezo. Kakashi used Kamui. The Mezo was there for a few seconds with the warp point present on its head. Kakashi missed, and got its arm instead.

- He used Kamui on Obito. The guy was walking with the Warp Point on him. The 'tap tap' signs on the page show his walk. During this entire time, Kakashi couldn't warp him and this large lag allowed for Obito to cancel his Kamui. Faster than Amaterasu indeed.

- During his usage on BM Naruto, people forget that Obito was fighting three people at once. He couldn't have known whether Naruto ended the Rasangan or not. He couldn't have known it was a Kage Bushin. Even right a the end, Naruto used a Bijuu Dama to distract Obito in order for Kakashi's exit-Kamui to work.

- Obito also clearly mentions that Kakashi's Kamui is faster than the speed he throws his stakes out. Now, let this be known that Obito's stakes / Shurikens travel at the same speed as Madara's Magatamas. Onoki and Gaara countered them with Golem and Sand Shield, and Kakashi himself erected a Doton wall to protect himself against them. That's how fast his Kamui is.

It's also quite consistent with what we have seen. Unless something is not small, or doesn't land straight into the Warp Point, it's not instant or quickly warped away.

- The latest chapter even showed that Kakashi cannot warp anything behind any barrier. Just like he couldn't warp Jubi-Madara away and only managed to cut off a clean circular portion to reveal the Juubi's Jin. Anything from the fanboys is pure fan-fiction.

- Had Sakura not interfered, Sasuke would have ended him there and then. The fool was stumbling around. Also, by feats, Obito's Intangibility Initiation is far superior to even his own Kamui, which even Karin couldn't detect. She thought Sasuke had simply vanished inside the Jinton Tech.

- EMS Sasuke in any form outright obliterates Kakashi. What a joke NB is.

No matter how many times you use those scans, they always show how laughable your logic is. The data book states 'why', and this guy has already reached a conclusion. Obito fell back, his entire right-upper side by that time was engulfed in flames, he was screaming, and yet, his clothes were intact. Checked Tobi's character page in the DB and from the way Kishi explained it, Obito used Kamui..the scan on the page where it was explained, shows tobi using Kamui, well not on amaterasu but clearly it's kinda obivous
