Kakashi almost got defeated by Sasuke and besides, kakashi has limited amount of chakra. Raikage can take down almost any Jinchuriki but Kakashi can't...when he can't even take down his own student. Kakshi's sharingan might follow Raikage's hit but can his body keep up to the same speed as his sharingan. Only yellow flash can dodge it so....... RAIKAGE WINS.

wait a sec guys, this raikage is becoming a hype or some thing.raikage don't have a unbreakable armour,sasuke proved this to us,don't ever forget that sasuke became able to penetrate his armour with raikiri! and raikiri belongs to kakashi, raikage said himself. and there is no way sasuke is better than kakashi in lightning element jutsu, at least in raikiri. kakashi invented this and it is his major jutsu.plus, he has sharingan.... oh wait it is the mangekyou sharingan. the fight will be epic but kakashi will beat him eventually.

Kakashi would win because he knows more jutsu pluss he has the sharingan making him be able to see where the rakaige(spelling) is. He will be able to dodge him or even your substition on raikage and quickly use a strong jutsu on him, like wind style jutsu since wind is strong than lightning. that would damage him alot!

Plus isnt Kakashi the strongest jounnin in the leaf village, and with the ms. Even if kakashi get beat up for a while when the raikage lets his guard down and is just standing there kakashi can just use MS on him and teleport his arm or anything else like a leg so he cant run. something that would make him weak and useless!

But the raikage just needs to dodge kakashi's MS 3 times, then kakashi is worn out, and unable to use MS. Even if kakashi can see the raikage move, he needs to be able to move his body in time to counter.

Raikage is almost as fast as FTG and he can 1 hit Kakashi, sharingan only helps Kakashi see the enemies movement, that won't help if he ain't fast enough to avoid.
