Ok lets look at this rationally.

Kakashi
Pros:MS/Kamui, pretty insane speed, knows a shitload of techniques, can use all element transformations, has a lot of experience, and was trained by Minato.
Cons:Even though he is ridiculously fast, he will get raped at the speed of light by the raikage, who was on par with yondaime. Also has a much smaller chakra reserve than the raikage. lets also not forget that he was able to rape sasuke, along with the rest of taka, at the same time, something which kakashi could never do even with the ms. Also cant use ms for very long.

Raikage
Pros: Body Flicker Technique+Lighning Release armor=the shit. Tailed beast level chakra reserve. Is fast enough to outrun amaterasu, so he could definitely outrun kamui, which kakashi has trouble aiming anyway.
Cons: Can only use lighning, as far as we know.

Even though kakashi is a beast, i have to say that kakashi would get stomped on, kage style

now i have been reading a lot of comments and allow me to give my opinion on both peoples skill sets and why i chose Raikage. Kakashi is the copy ninja and has tons of jutsu at his disposal from all types of elements but i will say that his biggest advantage comes from the sharingan itself especially his mangekyo. Now the Raikage is the third fastest person in the series next to minato and now that narutos nine tailed sage powers are in effect he has the ability to move at the speed of the yellow flash narutos father. (always wondered who was faster might guy and lee with the gates open, raikage or minato) Anyhow Raikages speed is still very fast and even though as we saw in the battle with sasuke countering the speed with the sharingan and adjusting to hit the raikage at near full speed i would still say that sasukes chidori, kakashis lightning blade and arguably his best jutsu after charkra manipulation didnt even perice that much of the Raikages armor and allow me to say kakashi doesnt have a susano to save him. Although he could sub, Raikage is very tough, smart and still has a whole slew of jutsu i bet we havent even seen yet. Kakashi may have over a thousand jutsu copied but the question is who is faster and more capable of giving a finishing blow my bet is Raikage!

since naruto inherited yellow flash he is now the second fastest, still Bijuus especially the nine tailed fox give the hosts amazing speed boosts anyway. Now as i said in the earlier post who would win Might guy gates open or lee or raikage?

Raikage is more experienced n definitely faster than Kakashi but luk at it dis way. Raikage storms towards Kakashi like he did when Madara wanted 2 talk wit d 5 Kages n Kakashi uses Kamui 2 suck him in2 anoda dimension like he did wit d arrow of Sasuke's Susano'o. Kakashi wins.

Kakashi is one of my favorites but putting him against a Kage is ridiculous, I give him credit he's known for pulling wins out, but i don't think he has much of a chance, I personally dont like the Raikage, but Kakashi's only hope would be landing Kumi, but i dont see that happening A is just to fast for it

He has the upper hand since he can copy anything that casted by Raikage and reflect it to him.
Also Raikage loss his temper very fast, on the other hand Kakashi is calm and thinker. Kakashi will have advantage of this and beat him easily. No to mention the large number of ninjustsu he learned from other enemies .

Nope, it is a draw U_U. By the time the battle is over they would both be Fatigued, I highly doubt that the raikage could touch Kakashi in Taijutsu, seeing as though Kakashi is one of the most skilled Taijutsu users in Naruto, better tan Lee, equivalent to Gai, and he can use nin-tai which goes straight through the lightning armor. The chidori basically went through it, so think about it.. The raikage is just fast and powerful, no wit's or brain's. Thus actually, he loses. I accidentally chose draw xd.

if sasuke´s MS couldn´t keep up with Raikage´s movement, how can kakashi hit something with kamui if he can´t see it?
