At the first thought, id say oro. Then you gotta think about it...sannin isnt really a level of ablility so all of you saying kakashis not a sannin are dumb. Oro had dabbled way to much into forbiddin jutsu. he has the ablility regenerate limbs and what not. also he can perform jutsu with out hand seals. so can kakashi. Oro knows coutless jutsu. kakashi knew 2000 when the anime first started...where is he now?...kakashi knows a ton about oro but oro really never gave a thought about kakashi. the ms would never come into play oro wouldnt give him a chance to use it. oro stood up to naruto in a 4 tail cloak but thats just shear strength soo hes not much to worry about when hes like that... its a big deal from yamato sakura sai shinobi like them but kakashi would most likly be able to stand ground with a 4tail cloak. oro would be quite cocky facing off with kakashi so he would mostly be caught slipping by the most clever ninja in the anime. in the anime and manga kakashi at times seems to be the greatest shinobi ever but then again hes never the big hero because that narutos job...kakashi would most likely take out any character in the anime besides the minato only beacause of his speed. other than that hes pretty much the most battle hardened/clever/smart shinobi in the series....also dont forget kakashi can perform jutsu with out hand seals too...he did that against zabuza

Kakashi is strong and will be able to fight oro for a long time.but oro completely determined can easily wipe out a lot of shinobis.kakashi's best bet would be dead demon consuming seal though i dont knw if he can use it or not

Kakashi's MS could NOT move Naruto in a tailed beast form somewhere else with the MS. Just to stop the raw power of Susano'o's arrow depleted his chakra to near depletion. Absorbing the tailed beast, especially the 9-tailed fox, is way beyond Kakashi's capability.
Sorry to say, Oro would win hands down. Not like Orochimaru would even be scared. He trained Sasuke and constantly tried to attack and take of Itachi's body. Really, this isn't even a 1v1, all 1 sided fight haha.
You just literally pulled that all out of your ass just now. First off, the facts of Kakashi's youth only shows of how great a shinobi he is compared to others in Konoha. However, he knew what his extents were, one being that Jiraiya was by far more powerful then himself. Itachi also fled once Jiraiya showed up for the same reason, Itachi knew Jiraiya was way to powerful. We also learned that Jiraiya couldn't stop Orochimaru because he wasn't strong enough, that Orochimaru was more powerful. That already says Oro is stronger the Kakashi.
Second, Sasuke didn't know jack of Danzo's abilities. He DID GO IN HARDHEADED. If you want to debate otherwise, then by all means, go back an re-read. Please find where he studied Danzo's abilities before hand. In the mean time, I'll point you out to where he went in hardheaded. It starts at chapter 476, where Sasuke questions the eyes on Danzo's arm. He has no idea what they're purpose on his arm was, neither did he even know what Izanagi was.
Third off, Orochimaru was getting weak, but not due to age. His body was degrading. His original body was decaying pretty much thanks to all the experiments, so until he found a more suitable body, he had to keep hopping into new bodies. The bodies he was hopping between weren't able to support him so they too degrade. This is why he was so determined to get the body of the Uchihas. 1 being their eyes, but 2nd reason was he somehow knew of a method to preserve the body. Maybe he knew all the secrets about Madara and his eternally young body as an Uchiha, hence the reason Kabuto knows?
All we know now is Kabuto has surpassed Orochimaru in power. The proof lies within Kabuto. If Kakashi shows up and gets his ass handed to him, there you go, Oro was stronger.

A lot of ppl are saying Kakashi wud lose becuz Oro was going toe to toe with the 4 tails while Kakashi was having hard time with 2 tails but if u think of it like this then Sasuke beat oro without the MS, basically all Sasuke had was sharingan and some lighting jutsu, Kakashi has a lot of jutsu, is just as good as Sasuke with lightining and has the MS! If Sasuke beat Oro why cant Kakashi??

if kakashi opens about 5 chakra gates, use ms 3-4 times, then raikiri and raikiri dog...he maybe will win....MAYBE, bu if its guy vs orochimaru then with 7, max 8 gates= oro dead...maybe kakashi and guy vs orochimaru= moderate victory for them
