Im a big fan of the ms but you also have to consider the user! kakashi cant take on oro with the effortlessness of itachi or susake....Oro is a Legendary Sanin who took on Tsundae and Jman and the four tails just for kicks...Kakashi is out his league! His only clam to victory would be his ms and i just dont see him getting the opening to use it! Sorry!!! Go oro

sorry guys look at the poll and kakashi will even if kakashi iznt an uchiha still a guy on kakashis lvl with sharingan can take oro down(if sasuke could do it without ms then kakashi can take on oro but not easy)
oro was weak that time! he didnt even have enough charkra to make a clone or a substitution! we was sick and weak! dont mess with oro when he in his prime! oro will do all his forbiddon techs on you and fry you! lol

Orochimaru because Kakashi wouldn't be able to use his most deadliest Jutsu, 1000 years of death because Orochimaru would enjoy it lol. Seriously though, Oro would win hands down.

im going with Orochimaru..even thought i dont want to....This guy almost crushed the Leaf, killed the 3rd Hokage, and stood toe-to-toe with Naruto while in Nine-Tails mode with four tails...His only real weakness was the Uchiha....Sasuke really didnt kill him...he jus took over what he was and he, himself admitted that Oro was already weak...It took Itachi's Susanoo to get rid of him....I hate to admit it but, Oro power was raw!!!

Even tho i think Kakashi is very cool, i have to admit that with the rebirth and other forbidden justsu Oro shud win. Not gonna be easy tho, high possibility that both die, but oro is more powerful so he shud win more times out of 10. I listened to ppl who said how Oro wud win, I listened to ppl who said how Kakashi wud win. After listening to all that i concluded that out of 10 times Oro wud win like 5, it wud draw like 3, and Kakashi wud win like 2. So Oro is better, but still that Raikage vs Kakashi thread is a win for Kakashi, no one yet is able to give me a logical explaination!

Ok so I read to page 8 and quit because I knew the Kakashi fans would be screamin g their heads off about the sharingan, kamui, and raikiri.
Well obviously what those kakashi fans don't get is that this is not a battle kakashi can win. You can't kill Oro unless you have more chakra than him (He doesn't, don't argue this because if you do I will scream and flood your profile with databook pages and insults),
seal him,
or pretty much disintegrate him to the point where he couldn't regenerate. (something like Amaterasu or TBB might work but Amaterasu would only work if he sat there and didn't cut off whatever was on fire)
Why you ask are these the only ways to kill him? Because as long as Oro has chakra he can regenerate!!! From any wound, honestly kamui wouldn't do anything to him as he can regrow whatever is lost. So that leads to Kakashi just wasting a huge amount of his chakra on nothing. And the same goes for any physical attack Kakashi does to Oro, plus Oro is faster and stronger than Kakashi so I don't really see him beating him in a taijutsu fight. And even though it wouldn't hurt Oro in any way, if kakashi was to try going underground well we saw when Sai went underground and how Orochimaru knew he was there.
EDIT: You kakashi fans should especially try and read this part. Sasuke never killed Oro and in fact he didn't ever beat him, what was unique about that fight was that Oro tried to take over Sasuke's body and Sasuke used sharingan to reverse it thus why he absorbed Orochimaru. Unless Oro tried to take over kakashi's body (which he wouldn't because that would be a stupid move) then kakashi would never have the same chance Sasuke did.
Oh and for the rest of the sharingan and kakashi fans I'm going to say this Sasuke would never have beaten Orochimaru in a fight. Had Oro actually wanted to kill Sasuke instead of trying to take over his body then Sasuke would be dead right now and Oro would be in a weaker body somewhere. Oro wanted the sharingan and apparently was willing to risk his life for it.

i think kakashi would win. hes officialy at a kage level and was literally 2 seconds away from being nominated hokage before tsunade woke up from her coma. cmon dont count him out just cause he was scarred of him at one point. kakashi is beast
