Kakashi does have a decent chance at winning this. I say kakashi with like, INSANELY high difficulty, but only because Oro doesn't have Edos.

To be fair, Jiraiya did entrust Kakashi with the seal for the Kyuubi. Granted, that may just be because Kakashi is the only real option he had for the job, but still.
In regards to this fight, yeah, Kakashi isn't going to take out a healthy Orochimaru. A sickened/weakened one yes, but a fully healthy Orochimaru is stated to be on the same level as Jiraiya, which is something very, very, VERY few ninja can claim. Kakashi is not one of those ninja.

Kakashi lost against pain in 5 min hey that is incredable, let me inlighten you.... Pain the one who went against 6 taild naruto and which took 7 min. Pain who leveled a whole village, the leader of akutsuki, killed hanzo and his men, the three sinnin couldn't take him on and yet he was alone.
Kakashi loat ro itachi who in everyones eye is god...... The first battle he lost because off tsukymo (sorry for spelling) a win is a win, but when they saw each other again on the mission to save garaa kakashi showed no fear what so ever and did challenge him....... Of course your argument is going to be yeah but it was only a 30 percent itachi..... However kakashi didn't know that now did he......
Oro was def by itachi and he retreated but never did he go face to face with him although he truly wanted the eye's, however kakashi was defeated by him and yet he still attacked, he stood his ground.

i'm agree with you and wanted add that oro lost to itachi in faster and easier than kakashi lose to itachi .
orochomaru got owned by a 3 tomoe level sharingan genjutsu while kakashi trapped the almost same genjutsu .
furthermore when kakashi fought itachi 30 % it was not the real kakashi but kakashi's kage bunshin
so itachi 30% vs kakashi 50%
to answer the thread if oro can summon somoene on kage level he'll win
if kakashi can use perfectly kamui on the full body of oro he win .
if oro use his hydra technique he'd pose a lot problem to kakashi.
i'll go for orochimaru ,kakashi still need something to make me convince that he could win against sannins like jiraiya and orochimaru ,he's not ready yet.

No but Seriously, Kakashi has more than a chance against Oro healthy or not.
People state that Oro went 1vs1 against a 4tailed Naruto but fail to acknowledge that Kakashi and Gai are facing multiple tailed Jinchuuriki right now. Kakashi even got up close and personal with one and delivered a Thunder Slash to it sending it flying, maybe you guys missed that part due to Kishi rushing things but I'm sure after hearing what I just said, Facing a 4tailed Naruto and surviving looks that much less of a unique feat.
As for the people talking BS saying that Kakashi was shaking in his boots when Orochimaru approached him at the Chunin exams need to take a break and revise that chapter a bit more. What I saw was Kakashi standing confidently between Oro and Sasuke and Interrogating him for his plans and such.
Kakashi even verbalized to say that "even if you are one of the Sannin I can at least compete with you." that doesn't seem to be the actions of a scaredy cat to me! It's not over yet, also when Orochimaru told Kakashi of his plan then and there to take Sasuke and take Kakashis Sharingan eye, Kakashi told him with Bravado that tha was a "Fools Ambition." once Orochimaru took a step forward Kakashi used Raikiri and told Oro not to come any closer and guess what Oro obeyed. Only after a couple last minute remarks from an exiting Orochimaru did Kakashi start to question if he were on Orochimarus level or not which may have been a mind trick played by Oro on Kakashi.
Those last minute remarks went something like this.
Oro: "You, compete with me?" and "You, Kill me? That's if you can."

oro and someone says he is powerless against the sharingan only when it is being used by someone of the bloodline of itachi and sasuke level but it would be a good fight if oro does not use Impure World Resurrection

Alright Orochimaru takes this, even without Edo Tensei.
Kakashi fears Orochimaru above all people, Kakashi is not that great at genjutsu and Orochimaru would regenerate from a heavy attack, also kakashi's kamui is not accurate.
Orochimaru would win this with mid-high diff, since he could summon like a thousand snakes fighting kakashi also he has tons of jutsu and kusanagi sword and much more.
Orochimaru wins even without Edo's... Orochimaru together with Jiraiya is on a whole other level.
