I think Kakashi, he used Kamui to take a large explosion to another dimension so I think he can take Oro with Kamui, he can go underground to avoid most of Oro's attacks even the thousand snake tech and Oro's wind techs, he can dodge Kusanagi and even use it to his advantage by chanelling Raikiri into it to numb Orochimaru, his lightning chain is wide enough to chop Manda into pieces and if that doesnt work he can cast genjutsu on Manda like he did with the Root ninjas that were watching Naruto.

Why does everyone underestimate kakashi. Kakashi finished the academey at age 5 and at age 6 he was a chinn. He is smart as shikmarue (sorry for spelling) he is very fast, and very powerful. The only thing he lacks is chakra.
He has copied over 1000 jutsu. Every opponent he has gone against acknowledged him...... Itachi, Nagato, Zubuza, diedera. Does he have a cgance against oro hell yes

he needs to have gathered DNA samples for Edo Tensei, since he lost the two hokages, he didnt get any samples so he really has no Edos.

If Orochimaru wasn't dying from a failing body then I would put my money on him.

Orochimaru survived an encounter against Naruto when he had four tails of the fox released. Given that Jiraiya claims that he came close to death when Naruto was in that form I'd say it's pretty lethal.

While Kakashi possesses the sharingan like Sasuke/Itachi, he lacks the genjutsu abilities that they had. We have seen Orochimaru use genjutsu effectively but have never seen Kakashi use it seriously.

In his final white snake form Orochimaru would be pretty tough for Kakashi to finish him.

I think Orochimaru would take this one if we pretend Kakashi can't use Kamui to one shot him.
