Or he can use lightning chain to rip both in shreds.

Kakashi can't use these simple combos on high Kages, but against a Chuunin and Jounin, Kakashi soloes easily.

It was Asuma that have him the IQ test in the first place, I'm sure Kakashi would score just as high on an IQ test given by someone dumber than him FTW!!! That's like me giving Einstein an IQ test, and he gets every question correct because he is far smarter than the questions themselves.
Shikimaru may be smarter/better than Kakashi at Shogi and battle formations and simulations, but he's deff not smarter or more equipped in a battle...

ok i highly doubt that raikiri will penetrate rotation. not only does it stop the attack, but it repels it and the user.

Also Neji does not match Kakashi's speed I don't know how you came to that conclusion.

The databooks have both of their speed at 4.5. meaning that they are equal.

When it comes to taijutsu, Neji OWNS. Naruto had below average taijutsu and only caught Neji off guard when his byakugan was off and he was too arrogant to notice.

Shikimaru? He's very smart for sure, as is Kakashi. However, in a fight without prep? He is outclassed in every area.

Shikamaru's strategies,

You do realise, without prep, Kakashi's stratergies would be better? Considering he has better ninjutsu, sharingan, is faster, stronger, etc etc

Shadow possesion & Negi's Byakugan,

They might take out Kakashi's clone at least.

Hard to say. Thanks to Byakugan, Kakashi will only difficultly surprise Neji, and even hiding is pretty difficult, and with Shikamaru, his brain and his kage mane who could catch him if he makes an error, they have their chance. Knowing Kakashi, he will have to take care of Shikamaru quickly(maybe he will use a clone to feint him) and after that he beats Neji. But Shikamaru is a really dangerous opponent especially when he has a team on his side. So i see Kakashi winning but mid-high difficulty. But if Kakashi is serious, he wins easily with Kamui.
