I say Neji is gonna get caught by a Lightning Clone and die.

Then Shikamaru is slow enough to get hit by Kamui.

really difficulty battle, shikamaru and neji are most definetly smarter than kakashi but they lack the power to go with it, hmmm i would give it to kakashi with high dif because of MS.

Shikimaru and Neji graduated at age 12 -__-!

Kakashi became a chunin at age 6(defeating much older shinobi at chunin exams)!!!
Neji and Shikimaru became chunin at age 15 -__-!

Kakashi became Jonin at age 12(when others his age were still GENIN)!!!
Neji is the only one that became Jonin but at age 16-17 -__-!

Kakashi is leagues ahead of both of them! He is the real prodigy of the leaf! Oh yeah, did I mention he accomplished all these feats even before he had the Sharingan!?

He also created his own jutsu(Raikiri/Chidori)!

@Kakashi Fang well Shikamaru and Neji graduated at 12 because of plot-no-jutsu obviously haha no offense but thats' beyond obvious. They had to be important for the Chunin Exams too. And Kakashi is my favorite character but I'm just trying to make things reasonable
