I imagine most people would say Kakshi. Konan was well prepared for her fight with Tobi, but if he Han't used Izangi (if I spelled that right), and Konan had a little more chakra, I'm shure she could have won.

This. If Konan uses Dance of the Shikigami, Kakashi has almost no way to wound her. So I'd say Konan takes this with moderately high difficulty,
