Kakashi VS. Konan

mhmmm. This is a good one. If Konan isn't prepared before the fight I think Kakashi can win.
Konan seems not to fight well when shes wet, like when Jiraiya shot oil at her. So Kakashi having Water Jutsu is a plus(if there is a water source) Kakashi also Has Kamui his clutch weapon.
Konan does have a chance, after all she is an Akastuki member who isn't weak. Idk, I don't know much about her other than paper shurikens and that stuff.
Maybe someone can change my mind

Kakashi can't handle S-Rank ninjas. He would stand his ground for awhile but Konan would prevail. He has to be near water to use water style justus. Konan used water once to her advantage so it might not help all that much

she put up a fight against tobi and kakashi didnt do so well even though they didnt really fight so i say kakashi with extreme dif
Kakashi is DEAD if he even looks at her! 
Buuut Seems like a good, even matchup. Kakashi knows the water dragon jutsu and if he copied that one jutsu of Zabuza's then he also knows that whirlpool jutsu, not saying that those are his only water jutsu. If he gets Konan wet then that would seriously hamper her movement, but that is a major weakness to her paper jutsu so Konan may know of a way to counter it or she'll just have to avoid it.
Konan on the other hand can manoeuvre around a battle field quite easily, when she goes into that Angel mode, and her ability to freely control the movements of her paper can be quite devestating. An example would be manipulating paper bombs and moving the opponent around a battlefield according to the way she wants.
Of course in the end I think Kakashi would win, due to the lack of battle info I have on Konan anyway

Couple things. Water jutsu is not her weakness. Though it does hamper her slightly. It can be dried off easily. Oil is her main weakness. I don't think Kakashi has any oil based jutsu. Kamui won't really work because if she is in a paper mode (her main way of fighting) then it wouldn't harm her. It would just be destroying paper. And then he is exhausted. I think she would win after an extremely hard fight.
