we are yet TO SEE Kakashi in rampage mode against the dead swordsmen if he wins there then i think he will be able to take out kisame too remember kisame wasnt a swordsman first so the previous owner has to be a lot storng

so far we havent seen Kakashi fighting seriously but he is called to be a genious shinobi also one of leaves best in his generation.even pain respected him he also put a very strong challenge to him while the others were being thrashed by pain he even forced nagato to bring asura path as reinforcement
