kakashi will win definately... becus kakashi rival might guy was able to defeat kisame.He can use the MS vortex move at least twice and still have the chakra to fight which he will probably just use a Genjutsu on Kisame and finish him with a Chidori. and also water release techniques causes low damage. and kakashi with a kenkei genkei will surely win.

kisame will pwn kakashi, samehada can eat up all of kakshi's chakra then kisame can do some other random move and kakashi wont be able to defend against it
