actuly sasuke and itachi have pretty decent stamina...sasuke fought 5 hokages at once. 1 being the 4th rikage who fights on par with minato. the other being danso who as we all know excelled in "collecting" sharingan...including shisuis left eye

Just to correct a few things, Kakashi's father wasn't the hokage.Kakashi can't give himself the stamina of his opponent.Kisame strongest water jutsu can and will overpower Kakashi lightning jutsu.Being a lightning type users does help Kakashi, but kisame water jutsus were enough to overpower Killer Bee, a lightning type jutsu users who is far more powerful than Kakashi.Also, we can assume Kisame is fairly intelligent base off the analytical skills he has shown in battle.And Kisame is just as famous as Kakashi, if not more than.Kisame was consider the strongest of the Seven Ninja Swordsman.

I think you mean Sasuke fought five Kages at once, and that would be a lie.The best you can say is he fought two kage at once seeing both Gaara and the Raikage had attack him, even though the Raikage and Gaara didn't attack him at the same time.Seeing as the raikage had stop to get healed.As for Sasuke stamina, for the majority of the fight with the Raikage Sasuke only stood in one place and used his Susano for defensive.And when Sasuke fault the Mizukage he was tired and out of breath, only being able to survive thanks to the white Zetsu stealing chakra form the mizukage and giving it to sasuke.As for the Tsuchikage, Sasuke didn't fight him at all.He ran in and the Tsuchikage hit sasuke with his Dust Release, but sasuke survive thanks to madara.He didn't fight Danzo until madara had Karin heal him after they left the kage summit.

Itachi said in part 1 that fighting Kakashi(saying this to Kisame, that is), would result in unnecessary injuries. If Kakashi could take Kisame to that point back in part 1, I would think it'd be fair to say Kakashi could win this one now given everything about him has improved since part 1.

When did gai hold his own against kisame?. The only reason why gai held his own was because he was fighting a weakened kisame who already fought killerbee. At full strengh gai would be no match for kisame considering he struggled against a 30% kisame chakra clone.
Also lets not forget that kisame would try everything in his power to suck kakashi chakra and we all know that kakashi already doesnt have a very large chakra reserve.
Tbh i dont even think that kisame would have to merge with samahada in order to defeat kakashi

The reason why might gai had it easy is because kisame already fought killerbee and was exhausted. Gai couldnt even handle a 30% kisame clone, let alone a 100% recoevered kisame

with samehara: Kisame, unless kakashi uses his Kamui, but we haven't seen kakashi use it on anyone who is wary of his technique.
without samehara: could go either way. I don't know if gai would have beaten kisame, had kisame known that his giant shark missile couldn't eat the afternoon tiger. Leaning towards kakashi on this one though because of his MS, unless the fight takes place on a lake or something.

You don't just "burst" out of Genjutsu's by having a lot of Chakra.
Itachi got Naruto in a Genjutsu, and Naruto has tons of Chakra including the fox, but did Naruto escape? No. Only Samehada can free Kisame of an Genjutsu, because Samehada is a diffrent chakra Source. only a Diffrent Chakra source can escape a victim of a Genjutsu. Not thier own. unless they disrupt their chakra flow which dosen't work on all Genjutsu like Shisui's or Itachi's Tsukiyomi (Not sasukes)
The only chance Kakashi got against Kisame is using Kamui or Gates.
kakashi got lighting jutsus that is very usefull ,very smart (he know samehada's ability) ,he got doton and mangekyou sharingan. he can also trap kisame with a genjutsu .
in other words kakashi have all the tools to win this fight.

he can only win if he could touch kakashi with samehada or trap kakashi in water .but i doubt that kakashi will get hurt by it or trap easily since he know very well water afinity .
i say kakashi win ,he's very fast and got sharingan,very smart and know about samehada so it's enough for him to make a strategy and win this fight with some trap genjutsu and lightings .
he can also use once mangekyou (that could use almost 20% of his chakra now) and try to send samehada to an other dimension.

if kakashi is stuck in water then he can use his lighitng jutsus then he can use some of his earth style justus.then kakashi will not be hurt with his lighitng justsu
u knw kakashi also have rasenshurikien but he didint use it
he is the one who teach naruto how to make and use it

If only he can trap Kakashi in water or hit him with Samehada? That's a piece of cake for Kisame.
Kakashi goes around close-mid range fighting jutsus, although he has a little for far range jutsus copied by his sharingan. However, I believe Kisame, being such a strong ninja, will not take much damage from Kakashi's far range jutsu. Furthermore, Kakashi's most powerful ninjutsu, raikiri, requires him to go close. Eating his chakra will not be hard. Remember that Kakashi has low stamina/chakra.
As for Kisame, he has high stamina, is powerful and has good water ninjutsus. He can drag the fight for very long, and when Kakashi is running out of chakra.. Kisame can literally use any jutsu and finish Kakashi off.
So who has the bigger odds now?

No, Kakashi does not know Rasenshuriken. He taught Naruto how to manipulate shape and chakra, but Naruto developed rasenshuriken by himself. Besides, Kakashi does not have wind affinity.

sasuke outright fought raikage, ran away from gaara, and was about to get killed by the mizukage because his chakra was almost gone. Then zetsu replentished his chakra, and karin healed him. Then during the danzo fight, sasuke bit karin to replentish his chakra. In actuality, sasuke only outright fought the raikage, possibly the mizukage, and danzo. And in between those fights he was healed three times. So he doesn't actually have that great stamina.
you say sasuke hasnt got stamina?!itachi used susanoo for a minute and died whereas sasuke used susanoo for about 20 minutes also continuously manipulating amaterasu and used tsukuyomi,if sasuke doesnt have stamina then no1 apart frm naruto and kisame have enough stamina

you forgot the three times in between the whole kage battles that he gets his chakra replenished.
And itachi only could use susanoo for a shorter time because unlike sasuke's his susanoo was complete. Once sasuke tried to use the complete version of susanoo, his chakra ran out and it disapeared.
