I love Kakashi but I can't see how Kakashi can win this alone.
Kakuzu's ultimate defense is his Iron Skin. Kakashi takes that down with ease along with one of his hearts.
But the remaining Lightning, Wind, and Fire elements/hearts, I don't see how Kakashi can get passed those. Once Kakuzu splits them from his body it's essentially a 1v4 in Kakuzu's favor. Even with the fact that Kakashi is extremely fast, it's going to be tough for him to find an opening versus 4 opponents. And, even if Kakashi manages to get 1 or 2 more hearts, he will get tired out eventually which basically means no Kamui.
The only way I see Kakash winning is if he uses Kamui on Kakuzu from the very start before he gets a chance to detach his masks.
