Kakashi vs Kakuzu

What I think people are tending to forget, is that at the start of the fight Kakashi was basically 1v2ing Hidan and Kakuzu.

Previously, Hidan faced off against an entire team of Jonin that was lead by Asuma and defeated all of them by himself.

Kakashi lead a team of 2 jonin and 2 chunin against Hidan and Kakuzu.

At the start of the fight, Kakashi was able to slip in undetected and take out a heart before the fight even started by masking his presence so well.

The only person who was of use to Kakashi in this fight was Shikamaru, Ino and Choji arguably did nothing but get in the way and the argument could be made that they were even hindering Kakashi by being present.

People are forgetting that for a while Kakashi was bouncing back and forth fighting BOTH Hidan and Kukazu, when Kukazu alone killed Asuma who had like 3-4 jonin helping him.

kakashi would win he only got worn out because he had to protect ino and choji
also he has ms so even if kakuza gets that big hair tig easier target to hit also he has 1000 jutsu he hasn't shown yet so when you think about it kakshi in the fight was probably fighting at medium level he has never actually shown his true power in fight and its been like 500 chapter of manga he said he would go on rampage but after that we haven't seem for about 30 chapters

I hate to agree with you that Kakuzu would probably win due to his hearts...but if if was him with two hearts, excluding the earth one or three hearts including it, Kakashi would use his brains and salvage the situation.

I just lost some faith in these vs threads..
kakazu kicked his ass ALREADY and its 50-50...Kakashi has the most fans on NB.
More then Minato more then Itachi.

lol right.. Itachi has wayy more fan boys imo,

but the fact is Kakashi did not 1v1 Kakazu..

he bounced back and forth fighting him and Hidan until Shikamaru lead Hidan off.

Then he spent a ton of his time and chakra making sure nothing happened to ino and Choji. Can you honestly say Kakazu kicked his ass when you factor in these things? Sure in a pure 1v1 it would be close and might end up going either way but in the end I'm thinking Kakashi would pull it off.

Shika shadowed and distracted Kakazu ALLOWING Kakashi to get behind him and kill his first heart...No Shika no heart killed there.

Do u even watch the fight? It's a good fight do yourself a favor and rewatch it.

A ton of time and chakra protecting Ino and Chouji thats laughable. He did not even save them ONCE he was too busy running for his life from just 2 of the hearts BECAUSE Ino and Cho was helping Kakashi distract the other hearts...do not make ino and chouji sound useless and that Kakashi had to baby them during the fight. They were on their own n so was Kakashi rewatch the fight before your mind makes up scenarios.

Not to mention Kakashi would have gotten killed twice...1 time but Shika tricked Hidan and the other Naruto comes in for save.

Yes I can honestly say 1 on 1 Kakashi vs Kakazu +5 hearts from get-go would mean Kakashi gets squashed even faster...He may even have to use his kumai and if he did he might have killed 1 heart if he is lucky. Kakazu is not slow and he has tons of battle exp and he 1 on 1 1st hokage and lived.

I will admit it's been some time since I did watch the fight, but I know I can vividly picture Ino and Choji getting ready to die to one of the hearts when Kakashi jumps in front of them and deflects the attack using some type of scroll.

Ino and Choji did next to absolutley nothing in this fight. Look at it like this:

Asuma took 3-4 jonin into battle vs just Hidan,

Kakashi took 1 jonin and 2 chunnin (who do nothing but get in the way) vs both Hidan and Kakazu.

Shikamaura might have had Kakazu distracted when Kakashi took out the first heart but I again can vividly remember Kakazu saying something along the lines of:

"Wow I did not sense your presence at all, you must be the Copy nin to pull that off"

or something similar that.

And just because Kakazu fought the first Hokage and lived does not mean he did well in the fight against the 1st, that's just speculation.

they fought before. kakashi will know how dangerous he is and use kamui right away since he doesnt have to worry about conserving chakra and has precise aim and incredible speed

I am thinking Kakuzu, he has much more ninjutsu that I think we haven't seen yet, and can he even be affected by genjutsu? That would make it or break this fight for me, if he is immune, he will win.
